Virtual Console is a specialized section on the Wii U eShop. With it, you can download classic games released on the Nintendo Entertainment System, Super Nintendo Entertainment System, Gameboy Advanced, and Nintendo DS and play them on the Wii U. Virtual Console games on the Wii U can be suspended and users can also create save states anytime. The GamePad is only compatible with these titles through Off-TV Play. Virtual Console is also available on the Nintendo Wii and 3DS.
